TRAVEL TO AR is a registered travel agency in the Argentine Republic. These terms govern the relationship between the company and users who contract our tourism services, including travel packages, excursions, accommodation, and complementary services.
By making a reservation, the user declares being over 18 years of age and fully accepts these terms and conditions.
Reservations are confirmed once full payment or the corresponding deposit is received, depending on the selected package. Published prices are expressed in Argentine Pesos (ARS) or US Dollars (USD) as indicated.
Payments can be made through MercadoPago (credit/debit cards, Rapipago, PagoFacil) or international card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX in USD). Installment plans are available through MercadoPago according to current conditions.
Prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until the reservation is confirmed.
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the travel date: 100% refund of the amount paid. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days in advance: 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days in advance: no refunds.
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), trip rescheduling at no additional charge or credit for future reservations will be offered.
TRAVEL TO AR acts as an intermediary between the traveler and tourism service providers (hotels, carriers, guides). We are not responsible for third-party non-compliance, flight delays, weather changes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance covering cancellations, medical assistance, and luggage loss.
Personal information collected during the reservation process is used exclusively to manage contracted services. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
TRAVEL TO AR reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication.
Confirmed reservations will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of their confirmation.
