The process is very simple: send us a WhatsApp message telling us which destination interests you, your approximate dates, number of travelers, and estimated budget. Our team will put together a personalized proposal with itinerary, accommodation, and activities. Once you approve the proposal, we coordinate payment and confirm your booking.

We accept bank transfers, MercadoPago (credit card, debit card, or account balance) for Argentine customers, and international payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). For bookings in Argentine pesos, we offer installment payment options. USD pricing is available for international travelers.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure receive a 70% refund of the total amount paid. Between 15 and 30 days before the trip, the refund is 50%. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable. Flights included in packages are subject to each airline's policy. We recommend purchasing travel insurance with cancellation coverage.

Argentina can be visited year-round. For Patagonia, summer (December to March) is ideal for trekking and boat excursions. Iguazu Falls is spectacular all year, though autumn and spring bring fewer crowds. Mendoza shines during wine harvest (March to May). Buenos Aires is charming in spring and autumn. Citizens of the United States, Canada, the European Union, Australia, and New Zealand do not need a visa for stays of up to 90 days. You only need a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity. Argentine nationals traveling domestically only need their national ID (DNI). For other nationalities, check with your nearest Argentine consulate.

We strongly recommend purchasing insurance that includes medical coverage, luggage compensation, and legal assistance. While not mandatory for entering Argentina, it is essential for peace of mind, especially for adventure destinations like Patagonia or high-altitude activities in Mendoza.
